Whose Products do we offer?

We can only provide advice and information on products from InterGlobal Insurance Company Limited in relation to International Private Medical Insurance.

Which Service will we provide you?

You will not receive any advice or recommendation from us with regard to International Private Medical Insurance.

The definition of a non-advised sale is "a customer who has given precise instructions to an adviser to carry out a transaction in respect of which the adviser has not given any advice or exercised any judgement on the customer's behalf as to its merits or suitability for the customer and does not intend to do so."

What will you have to pay us for this service?

No fee will be applicable for this service.

InterGlobal Insurance Company Limited, Woolmead House East, The Woolmead, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 7TT is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (in the United Kingdom). Our FSA Register number is 458505. Our permitted business is advising on and arranging Private Medical Insurance.

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?

We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations to you. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit.
