Travel Optional Add-On Plan

If you need to make a claim under Section A of your Travel Optional Add-on plan, please follow either the in-patient and daycase claims procedure or out-patient claims procedure, depending on the nature of the treatment.

If you need to make a claim under sections B-I of your Optional Travel Add-on plan, please contact the claims team which administers your plan.

Maternity Optional Add-On Plan

If you need to make a claim under your Maternity Optional Add-on plan, please follow either the in-patient and daycase claims procedure or out-patient claims procedure, depending on the nature of the treatment.

Personal Accident Add-On Plan
