InterGlobal Limited (InterGlobal) and First Rescue and Emergency (NZ) Limited, trading as First Assistance (First Assistance) act as agents for the Insurer.

How to make a collect call to InterGlobal
To make a collect call to the Emergency Assistance number, you must first contact the telephone operator in the country you are calling from. You must then say that you would like to make a collect call and give the telephone number shown above. The operator will connect you to InterGlobal Assistance at no charge to you.
You can also call this number in the normal way. If you call directly, you will be charged the normal local international rate applicable to the country you are calling from.
