InterGlobal, the international private medical insurer has significantly expanded its operations in Africa to accommodate strong business growth. Three account managers, one dedicated claims case manager and two client relationship executives have joined the office in Johannesburg to manage international private medical insurance arrangements for InterGlobal's broad range of major corporate and individual expatriate clients in Africa.

InterGlobal already serves clients in 14 countries on the African continent and the four new account managers are all fluent in the principal languages spoken in the different countries for which they are responsible. The new team are:

• Busi Roberts -Account Manager-Africa, joins InterGlobal from Umvuzo Health Medical Scheme in South Africa, where she was the Client Relations and Marketing Manager. Busi will be responsible for Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia focusing on English -speaking clients.
• Yasser Sayed-Abdou- Account Manager-Africa. Yasser previously worked as an international marketing consultant at YellBeena and at African Pay TV operator, M-Net. He will be responsible for Africa and English speaking accounts in Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone and Sudan.
• Raissa Loukakou -Account Manager -Africa. Raissa will be responsible for InterGlobal's French -speaking clients in the Republic of Congo, Burkina Faso, Democratic Republic of Congo, Madagascar and Gabon. She joins InterGlobal from Nissan South Africa, where she was the Sales and Marketing Territory Manager for Sub-Saharan Francophone Africa.
• Delene Bizzell-Claims Manager-Africa, joins InterGlobal from claims administrator, Medical Service Organization where she was a Team Leader -Medical Risk Management, to head InterGlobal's Africa claims operation. Delene is a qualified nurse and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Law (major finance).
• Kerwin Manuel - Client Services Administrator, joins InterGlobal from British Gas, where he was a team manager for the PAYGE service centre. Kerwin is responsible for managing members enquiries and administering  membership documentation.
• Marina Ford -Administrator Officer. Marina will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager for Africa. She joins InterGlobal from Medical Service Organization.
